Too Funny

I am responsible for first level IT support where I work but folks can also send a ticket to our it support team, which is an external company.
So the IT guys call me and say, can you go talk to one of your staff, a younger chap who has told them he needs email and does not have it on his Machine.
I walk down to his office and I said “you don’t have email”? and he says, nope and I say, how long have you been here and he says a year.
I take his mouse, find Outlook and open it and there is his email The last time he opened it was 2008, November and he says, “I guess I forgot about it, yep there’s my email” – complete with three months of messages from his boss.
Life is grand!!!!
